Thread: Clear sewing thread
Tail: Portion of marabou wing
Body: Hollow goose quill plugged at open end with cork and Super Glue; red dots painted on quill body and then
lacquered over with clear cement
Wing: Long green marabou lashed to quill in criss-cross fashion
Head: Painted yellow with black pupil
Notes: Leiser writes: This excellent design by Charles Brooks imitates a crippled minnow not only in overall appearance
but also in the pulsing movement of the marabou tail.
