Body:        In two sections: rear half consisting of 5 sections of blue,
                violet, blue, violet and blue silk with 4 sections butted
                with one turn oval red tinsel and the last section having a
                golden pheasant crest curving upward and butted by black 
                ostrich herl. Front half of green silk ribbed with narrow
                embossed green tinsel                
Wing:       Double-eyed female Malay peacock pheasant tail covert
               feathers above, and single-eyed Malay peacock pheasant
               feather below
Sides:       Green junglefowl, above and below
Hackle:     Eurasian bittern
