Throat:    White bucktail past bend and red hackle fibers
Wing:      Four to six strands peacock herl followed by two green saddle hackles that are
                flanked by two blue saddle hackles on each side
Cheek:     Jungle cock
Head:      Black with red center band
Note:      Carrie named this fly after W.L. Mezger of Ossning, New York
